Membership Policy

Membership on our mailing list is voluntary. Periodically, mailing list members will be provided opportunities to purchase wine from QTR. Information regarding orders placed through QTR will be available to customers via the website through their personal account or by calling our office.

Legal Requirements

You must be at least 21 years of age to order and receive wine from QTR. By placing your order, you are agreeing that you are at least 21 years old and the person to whom your wine will be delivered is at least 21 years old as well. Receipt of shipments containing wine requires the signature of an adult, by law; someone over the age of 21 years or older.

Wines purchased from QTR are for personal consumption only and are not for resale.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and checks. All payments are processed at the time of purchase. Our wines are sold as “futures”. This means that payment is received at the time the order is placed and the wine is shipped at a later date when weather conditions are optimal for safely shipping wine.

Shipping Policy

QTR works within the limits of each state’s alcohol shipping laws. While we do our best to ship to as many customers as possible, as of this notification, we are only able to directly ship to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MN, MO, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TX, and WA. Should a customer live in a state not included in this list, customers may choose to engage the services of an alternate shipper. In these cases, customers will work directly with the alternate shipper to coordinate the delivery of the wine and payment for these services.

We ship our wines only when the weather is cool enough to do so, or we can utilize temperature controlled delivery. Should weather conditions not be advantageous to ship your order we may place your shipment on a ‘weather hold’. Should this occur, you will be notified via email. We assume no liability for wines that are overheated or frozen due to weather conditions that change during transit.

Return Policy

We ask that you please inspect all packages from QTR as soon as they arrive. Should any bottle(s) arrive broken or damaged, please contact us via email or by phone at (707) 408-3919 within 48 hours of receiving your package(s) to file a claim. Whenever possible, please keep the original package and its contents exactly as you found them and please take photos of the damaged bottles/package. Understand that if the broken product cannot be retrieved or if we cannot obtain sufficient photographic evidence, we will not be able to process a claim for the loss.

Any return request due to a defect in the product will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Wine should not be returned without prior approval from QTR. If you have an issue other than breakage, please be sure to keep the bottle, its unconsumed contents and the cork so that we may address your concern.

We will replace any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed, only up to 90 days after the shipping or pickup date on an order.

Should you wish to cancel your order, you may request a cancellation or full refund of your order only before your wine is shipped.

Refused and Undeliverable Shipments

If an order is refused by the customer or returned by the shipping company as unable to deliver, the customer will be responsible for all cancellation fees, return shipping fees, and any reshipment fees on your order.

Sales Tax

If applicable, you will be charged sales tax at the rate required by the destination state.
